Engaging internal communications

Designing and implementing internal digital communications across as much as 40,000 m² of mBank's state-of-the-art headquarters. Designing a comprehensive solution to dynamically manage employee communications in a modern office.

Solution

Recognising the needs of employees

We considered the needs of employees in the context of different types of working space, using the Service Design methodology to model the design process. We implemented systems, with different formats of monitor-walls and touch totems, suitable to the office interiors and perfectly fitting a modern work space. We created a special CMS and an app for dynamic communication, integrated with SIGNIO S2.
