Flagship branch

Design of a digital in-store system in the flagship branch of Pekao S.A. bank. Since the aim of the branch is to modernise brand image, we’ve created a digital communications system, sound system, and implemented aroma-marketing solutions. The format had to be extendable to other, regularly modernised bank branches throughout the country.

Solution

Multi-purpose media

We created three media zones dedicated to the main Pekao Bank branch in the CeDeT building. We designed enclosures and selected optimal screen solutions. We developed a contextualised content plan and supplementary content. We implemented an integrated automatic content management system on all media, which, by combining different digital formats, displays the bank's offer and marketing proposition and provides an attractive tool to build experience and support sales. We connected the consultant workstations from meeting rooms to a dedicated screen - this improves the presentation of offers to customers.
