Account Manager

Job location: Warsaw

Experience & Competencies

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a marketing or digital agency.
  • Proven track record in effectively combining marketing strategies with modern technologies and data analytics to deliver measurable results.

Client Relationship Management

  • Independently managing client accounts, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of projects.
  • Supervising day-to-day client service and project execution (briefs, status meetings, reports).
  • Identifying and resolving complex client issues while acting as the main point of contact.
  • Developing and strengthening relationships with key clients.

Sales & Business Development

  • Preparing and presenting comprehensive proposals and action plans.
  • Creating and delivering strategic, sales, and integrated marketing–technology–content–maintenance recommendations.
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client relationships.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinating the work of interdisciplinary teams (creative, content, technology, maintenance).
  • Managing and organizing project documentation using ClickUp.
  • Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Actively managing contract profitability and identifying areas for optimization.

  • Building and maintaining long-term, positive relationships with existing and new clients.

Sales & Business Development

  • Supporting the preparation of proposals and timelines.
  • Preparing presentations.
  • Conducting market and competitor research.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinating the work of interdisciplinary teams (creative, content, technology, maintenance).
  • Managing and organizing project documentation using ClickUp.

Account Director

Job location: Warsaw

Experience & Competencies

  • 7+ years in marketing/digital agencies, including at least 2 years in team management.
  • Experience in digital and omnichannel projects.
  • Delivered strategic projects supporting product and service development.

Client Relationship Management

  • Independently managing key and strategic clients (strategy, KPIs, reporting).
  • Supervising daily account service and project execution by the Client Service team.
  • Developing and strengthening long-term, strategic relationships with key clients and acquiring new ones.

Sales & Business Development

  • Independently preparing and presenting comprehensive proposals and strategic presentations.
  • Leading new business projects and expanding the client portfolio.
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinating interdisciplinary teams (content, technology, maintenance).
  • Collaborating with strategic partners and suppliers.

Experience & Competencies

  • At least 5 years of experience in selling retail-focused solutions (solution selling).
  • Strong command of English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable conclusions.
  • High professional standards, strong presence, and confidence in public speaking.
  • Availability for on-site work, with the option to shift to a more flexible model at a later stage.
  • Category B driving licence.

Client Relationship Management

  • Proactive outreach and lead generation across key retail segments: food & grocery, pharma & beauty, petrol, consumer electronics/white goods, fashion, and more.
  • Leading and coordinating processes.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Serving as a Brand Ambassador at key business engagements.

Sales & Business Development

  • Preparing compelling sales presentations.
  • Developing and presenting strategic, commercial, and marketing/technology/content/operations recommendations.
  • Managing and delivering projects end-to-end.
  • Identifying new solutions and improvements that elevate the organization.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitive activity.
  • Supporting the creation and refinement of internal standards and best practices.

  • Coordinating cross-functional teams (creative, content, tech, operations).
  • Managing project documentation and workflows in ClickUp.
  • Tracking and reporting core KPIs.
  • Overseeing contract profitability and identifying optimization opportunities.
